ACOMPANHAMENTO DE OBRA | ESTRUTURAS METÁLICAS - FÁBRICA ÁGUA DE MONCHIQUE, FARO (2ª fase)
A nova zona de produção da unidade fabril da Água de Monchique, em Faro, já começa a ganhar expressão, com a montagem da estrutura metálica a avançar a bom ritmo.
Nas imagens, é possível acompanhar o içamento e a fixação de pilares e vigas de grande porte, que, no conjunto, somarão 175 toneladas, bem como a montagem e o alinhamento das treliças estruturais e a instalação de 1.500 m² de chapas colaborantes, destinadas à consolidação dos pisos.
Um trabalho de elevada exigência técnica, que requer uma articulação rigorosa entre as equipas de solo, os operadores de gruas e de plataformas elevatórias e a própria unidade fabril, que mantém a sua operação a 100%, 24 horas por dia.

The new production area at the Água de Monchique factory in Faro is already taking shape, with the assembly of the steel structure proceeding at a steady pace.
In the images, you can see the hoisting and securing of large columns and beams, which will weigh 175 metric tons together, as well as the assembly and alignment of structural trusses and the installation of 1,500 m² of composite decking, intended to reinforce the floors.
This is a highly technically demanding project that requires close coordination between the ground crews, crane and aerial work platform operators, and the manufacturing facility itself, which maintains 100% operation, 24 hours a day.
