🌍 On World Environment Day, we have something meaningful to share.

In the year we celebrate 110 years, we announce the installation of a new self-consumption solar unit at our manufacturing facility in Albergaria-a-Velha, Portugal. Alongside our existing installation, we now generate solar energy equivalent to 53% of our total electricity consumption - more than half the energy behind every tool we produce, coming directly from the sun.

This milestone represents:
🌱 3.8 million kWh generated annually across ~5,400 photovoltaic panels
🌱 1,792 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent avoided per year
🌱 The carbon absorption equivalent of more than 11,100 trees

Manufacturing excellence defines not only how we engineer our tools, but also how we manage our resources. This is part of a long-term commitment to decarbonising our industrial activity, step by step.

An amazing week at Australian Manufacturing Week 2026! 🇦🇺

From 12th - 14th May, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre became a meeting point for innovation, industrial technology, and manufacturing expertise.

Represented by our partner Livetools, we were proud to be part of such a dynamic exhibition and to see the strong effort and commitment delivered throughout the event.
