الوصف الوظيفي:
تعلن شركة بال عمارة للاستشارات الهندسية عن حاجتها لتوظيف أخصائي محترف في التنمية الاجتماعية وتنمية المجتمع، يتمتع بالخبرة والمهارات اللازمة لتنفيذ مشاورات مجتمعية وتطوير مشاريع تنموية تساهم في تعزيز مشاركة المجتمع وتحقيق شراكة فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة في صنع القرار المحلي.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
1. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاورات مجتمعية لتحديد مشاريع تنموية تُعنى بتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية وتفعيل دور أصحاب المصلحة في القرارات البلدية.
2. إلمام واسع وخبرة عملية في تطبيق المعايير والضوابط الاجتماعية الدولية.
3. خبرة في الرصد والتقييم خاصة في ما يتعلق بمؤشرات الرصد الاجتماعي.
4. خبرة في إعداد تقييمات الأثر الاجتماعي (تحديد الأثر ووضع خطط التخفيف)، والتخطيط التشاركي وإعداد الميزانيات، وتحسين رضا المستفيدين، وتعزيز علاقات العملاء من قبل البلديات أو المرافق العامة، وتنفيذ حملات التوعية العامة.
5. خبرة في تصميم أو تطوير أنظمة الشكاوى وآليات التظلم (GRM).

Palamara is looking for Construction Supervision Engineer (Buildings) for Building Project to be located in Ramallah according to the following:

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Buildings and Vertical Structure Projects.(schools is a plus )

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Proven previous Experience as a Construction Supervision engineer for Buildings and Vertical Structures
• Strong Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Wide knowledge of Construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, and reporting, follow up, budget control. etc.
• Strong Knowledge of contracts documents, drawings and specifications is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the Project Team
• Very good command of English Language.
