منذ عام 1993 حققنا اسم رويال كشركة صناعات بلاستيكية فلسطينية، وقد بدأنا كشركة عائلية مكونة من اثني عشر موظفا فقط على مسطح بمساحة ثلاثة آلاف متر مربع، وبمساحة بناء ثمانية آلاف متر مربع، مع خط انتاج واحد فقط هو أنابيب U-PVC .
أما اليوم فنحن نوظف أكثر من 600 موظفا وعاملا غير مدخن بتخصصات عديدة داخل دوائر مختلفة على مسطح بمساحة 24.750 متر مربع، وبمساحة بناء هي 34.300 متر مربع. كما توسعت خطوط الانتاج
في شركة رويال لتصل الى ثلاثة أنواع رئيسية هي ( خطوط الأنابيب ، والحقن ، وخزانات مياه الشرب ).
بالرغم من الاوضاع السياسية الصعبة في دولتنا الحبيبة فلسطين إلا أن شركة رويال استطاعت أن تتحدى جميع هذه القيود وتحقق نجاحا كبيرا خلال عشرون عاماً.
تعد رويال اليوم أكبر منتج ومنافس للصناعات البلاستيكية ومورد رئيسي إلى ما يزيد عن خمسة عشر دولة في آسيا وأفريقيا وأوروبا. وبوصفنا شركة ذات قيم عالية، فنحن ملتزمون بعمل ما في وسعنا لمعالجة جميع القضايا العالمية التي تؤثر على الشركة والمستفيدين . Since 1993 we have made our name as a customer focused manufacture of U-PVC pipeline. We started as a family business with only 12 employees on a 3,000 m2 building area and 8,000 m2 surface area. Today Royal employs more than 600 non-smoking employees with different expertise within different departments on over than 34,000 m2 building area and over than 25,000 m2 surface area. Royal has achieved three main production methods (Extrusion, Roto-molding, and Injection). Royal expansion enlightens the success that the company has made throughout the 20 years since it first started, in spite of the hard political situations in the region. We are now a very competitive organization in Palestine and a major supplier for plastic products to almost fifteen countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe.
