SOLENES helps your company lower your operational cost. In PR every building has many opportunities to reduce the cost of energy at least 10% in a year.

Through energy audits, equipment reliability, remote monitoring, trainings, chilled water plant optimization and more than 30 years of experience, we can identify opportunities for you. This 10% reduction is by just making small adjustments that may not require substantial investment. This can vary depending on the type of building. For example, older structures may have opportunities to reduce up to 40% of their energy costs. This is attractive because every year in Puerto Rico, the cost of energy is ever increasing mostly because the electricity generation is closed and it is not interconnected with any other source. This fact affects many industries and commercial entrepreneurs that eventually make them to either downsize, close, or even leave our island. This creates an opportunity to provide a service that would lead enterprises to be more energy efficient, thus helping them reduce their operating costs.
