We just hosted the biggest roasting competition in Europe — the Stronghold Roasting Championships regional qualifier for our Stronghold market: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, the DACH region and Lithuania.

54 competitors. 14 finalists. 1 winner.

Wojciech Kijanka now gets the chance to fly to Seoul and represent our region at the Stronghold Roasting Championships World Final 🥇

A huge thank you to Unroasted - Green Coffee Importer for sponsoring the green coffee, and to all the judges, volunteers, partners and everyone who helped us make this event happen

Special thanks as well to Hard Beans and Moya Matcha, herbata, ceramika, matcha bar for keeping everyone fuelled with delicious cold brew and matcha throughout the event 💚🤎

Three intense days full of roasting, cupping, pressure, emotions and an incredible atmosphere.

And if there is one thing this event proved, it is that our coffee community knows how to compete hard, support each other and create something people genuinely want to be part of 💪

Thank you to every single person who joined us 🫶

We’ve seen a record number of orders recently, with packing systems, weighing machines and color sorters leaving our warehouse in serious numbers. It means a lot to see how much trust you place in us 🤯

Not so long ago, shipping one weighing machine a week felt like a great result. Today, several of them can leave our warehouse in a single day.

We’re growing fast, and this still feels like the beginning.
And from what we’re hearing, things are about to get even busier. More projects, more installations, more machines — and apparently, not everyone in the market is able to keep up with the pace 🤭

So if your machine takes a little longer than usual to arrive, we’re sorry and we appreciate your patience. We’re handling a genuinely huge volume of orders right now and doing our best to keep everything moving as quickly as possible 🙏

Thank you for the trust.
We’re ready for what’s next 😏

Coffee roasteries are springing up across Poland like mushrooms after the rain - and we couldn’t be happier about it! 🇵🇱☕️

More roasteries mean more exciting projects, more machines to install and more work for our team. Thank you for keeping us busy and, above all, for your trust. It means a lot to us! 🫶

Not every coffee belongs in the same batch size.

That’s why Oh My Bean Coffee | česká pražírna výběrové kávy went for a serious two-roaster setup: the automatic CMS-12 for everyday production and the Stronghold S7X for smaller batches, profile development and coffees that require a little more flexibility.

More capacity when it’s needed. More precision when the batch gets smaller. One roastery ready for both.

Thank you for trusting us with your roasting setup 💙

Coffee is mostly water - yet water is still too often treated as an afterthought 💦

At last weekend’s Coffee Triathlon, it became part of the competition. One of the challenges asked participants to brew drip bags using APAX LAB water minerals and explore how mineral composition shapes extraction and the final cup.

Because good brewing water is not simply “clean water”. Its mineral profile can change how we experience acidity, sweetness, balance and clarity in coffee 🧘

It was great to see Poland’s new generation of coffee professionals approaching this often-overlooked ingredient with so much curiosity and attention 🇵🇱

Thank you to everyone who brought the Coffee Triathlon to life. ☕💧

Throwback to the installation of the Stronghold S8X at the new Coffee Rain roastery in Kraków. ☕⚡

We first met the Coffee Rain team a few years ago, and it’s been inspiring to watch their journey ever since. A group of passionate young people with a clear mission—bringing exceptional coffees exclusively from Guatemala to more people.

We’re proud they chose the Stronghold S8X to power this exciting new chapter. Wishing the whole team many outstanding roasts and continued success. 🚀
