Three out of four variable-rate trials we analyzed didn't deliver what the grower expected.

❗The technology wasn't the problem. The setup was.

We pulled data from four field trials run on the OneSoil platform across Ukraine in 2023–2025 - corn and winter rapeseed, real growers, dealer-supported. The patterns we found come down to a few setup details most growers underestimate: how far apart the rates need to be, which map to use for which operation, and why in-season fertilization follows different logic than pre-season planning.
