The International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) has launched its new ‘𝗩𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀’ Searchable Database.

This digital tool is designed to enhance visibility and streamline RO/Class searches for maritime stakeholders. It allows users to quickly and reliably verify whether a vessel is currently classed by any of the IACS Member societies.

One of the world's largest maritime events has gathered over 2,000 exhibitors from 83 countries, including a strong presence of the Polish maritime sector.

The Polish National Pavilion, located in a premium area of Hall 1, was officially opened yesterday by representatives from the Polish Embassy, NAUTA Shiprepair Yard S.A., Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek, and the Polish Register of Shipping.

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝘁, 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮!🏁 The exhibition opens this afternoon, but the PRS team is already fully warmed up and full of energy! 🔥

Before we dive into networking and business meetings, we want to share the amazing spirit of the pre-exhibition sports events.

Our team gave 100% on water and land:
⛵ On Friday, we tackled the waves of the Saronic Gulf during the Posidonia Cup.
☀️ On Sunday, we ran 5 kilometers through Piraeus under the burning Greek sun, participating in the Posidonia Running.

It was tough, demanding, but incredibly rewarding. This weekend proved once again that Team PRS knows the true meaning of synergy and endurance!

👏 Special thanks to Natalia Gafou, Robert Domański, and the Polish Embassy in Athens team for the amazing coordination during the regatta!
🏆 Huge congratulations to Eugenia Talaverou, Agnieszka Dekowska, and Ioannis Tritaris for conquering the 5k run in the heat!

The PRS team is taking on a new challenge in Greece! This Sunday, we are participating in the 5th 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Event.

We won't be running alone—we are hitting the streets of Piraeus together with our colleagues from the Polish Pavilion and over 2,000 participants from the global maritime sector.

Great weather on the Saronic Gulf, a fantastic atmosphere, and an amazing team spirit—the PRS crew couldn't have asked for a better race day. Competing aboard the First Yacht 53 was pure joy and a great way to kick off our presence at Posidonia Events.

We are proud of our team's energy and collaboration today. This is the same dedication we bring to our daily work!

𝗭 𝘄𝗶𝘇𝘆𝘁ą 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗸ł𝗮𝗱𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗺/𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗮! 🚢📸

Nasz zespół odwiedził wczoraj prom m/f Varsovia, który przechodzi właśnie przegląd klasowy w Gdańskiej Stoczni Remontowej im. J. Piłsudskiego S.A., realizowany w ramach nadzoru PRS nad tą wyjątkową jednostką.

Varsovia to obecnie flagowy, największy prom we flocie Polferries (Polska Żegluga Bałtycka), mogący zabrać na pokład blisko 1000 pasażerów, 200 osobówek i 150 ciężarówek.

Udało nam się zajrzeć do centrum dowodzenia jednostki, czyli na mostek kapitański, do potężnej maszynowni, a także na pokłady samochodowe i do strefy pasażerskiej. Dla części naszych pracowników była to niezwykła okazja, by po raz pierwszy poczuć z bliska ogrom tej konstrukcji!

🤝Wielkie podziękowania dla pana kapitana Wojciecha Grajka i załogi za przyjęcie na pokład świetne oprowadzenie nas po statku.⚓

Before the Posidonia Events officially kicks off, we are taking on the azure waters of the Saronic Gulf! This Friday, May 29th, the PRS crew is competing in the famous 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲.

We will be racing aboard a First Yacht 53, tackling a 15-nautical-mile course alongside over 60 crews from all over the global maritime industry. It’s going to be a great test of speed, seamanship, and pure team spirit.

🕐 The race itself starts at 1:00 PM.
