🟡 Our system is not just "panels"
It’s a complete, coherent solution for building a home — walls, floors, roofs — all designed to work together.

🟡 We don’t force you to adapt your vision to a system.
We adapt the system to your design.

🟡 Every project is treated individually, because every home is different.
Different needs, different architecture, different expectations.

🟡That’s why we don’t think in square meters.
We think in real buildings.

🟡 And that’s also why the end result simply makes sense — technically, visually, and in the way it’s built.

🟡 If you have a design in mind — we’ll find a way to build it.

🟡We often hear the question: ❓What can you actually finish THIS with?❓

The shortest answer is: whatever you like 🙂

🟡Our panels form the structural system, while the exterior layer gives you a lot of design freedom. In the photo you can see one of our recent projects in the Netherlands – the investor apparently couldn’t quite decide on the final finish, so he combined metal façade cladding with composite panels. 🙆

The result? A very cohesive, modern building and zero ex*****on issues. 😍

🟡And this is just one of many possibilities. With the H-Block® system you can use, for example:
🔸metal cladding,
🔸wood or composite boards,
🔸façade panels,
🔸render/plaster,
🔸or various combinations of materials.

If you like to “walk around” the house before it’s built, we’ve also prepared a 3D model of this project:

Because technology should give you freedom to design, not limit it. 💥

🟡 SIP? Yes.
But not a “standard” SIP – choose our 🔥H-Block and Thermont🔥.

🟡 At Solcraft, we don’t manufacture single panels to be cut and adjusted on site.
☝️ We design and deliver a complete structural system – floors, walls, ceilings, roofs – engineered for a specific, individual project.

🟡 That’s a big difference.

🟡 We don’t sell “a piece of panel.”
We deliver a complete building structure:
🔸 structural-insulated panels
🔸 load-bearing elements, mounting materials
🔸 technical documentation

🟡 Everything from one factory. From one supplier. In one coherent system.

🟡 Every project is individually engineered – considering snow loads, wind loads, spans, and functional layout. This makes the structure predictable, logical, and ready for installation without improvisation on site.

🟡 This is not a “panel system.”
It’s an engineered house structure.

🟡 If you’re planning to build using prefabricated technology and want full control over quality, performance, and responsibility – it’s worth seeing how we work.

A roof in Solcraft technology? It doesn’t get any simpler.
In our systems, you can choose one of two solutions:
🟡 Thermontplus® – a structural-insulated panel with a factory-finished metal exterior (standing seam effect). OSB on the underside, ready for internal finishing.
🟡 H-Block® – a panel with OSB sheathing on the outside, prepared for any roof covering (metal sheet, tiles, or other systems). Full architectural freedom.

Most importantly – we radically simplify the roof structure.
For a simple gable roof, you only need:
🔶 ridge beam
🔶 wall plate
🔶 intermediate purlin

No traditional, complex roof truss. No excess timber.
Installation of a warm roof takes approx. 1 day.

With Thermontplus® – in just one day you get:
→ structure + insulation + finished roof covering.
✔️ Fewer elements.
✔️ Fewer thermal bridges.
✔️ Faster on site.

🌬️🐺 “I’ll huff and I’ll puff…” – remember that story?

The wolf kept blowing and blowing…
And the house?

Well – not every house can be blown down, even though the “non-believers” and fans of traditional construction keep trying to scare us and our clients with that idea 🙂

The photo shows the aftermath of recent storms in Portugal. Two trees down. Our H-Block® house – still standing. Calm. No drama.

And this is not coincidence or “investor’s luck.” It’s the result of a structure engineered for specific loads: wind pressure, roof uplift, spans, and local climate conditions.

SIP technology has been used for years in regions with high seismic activity and strong winds. Structural rigidity, continuous insulation, proper anchoring – that’s what makes the difference when the weather stops being “nice.”

This project was completed in cooperation with our Portuguese partner TOPICTOP, and the photo was provided by BHS Construction Ltd. – Robert Basta, who participated in the assembly.

Building fast is one thing.
Building lightweight is another.
Building so it still stands when the wind blows – that’s a different league.

Sometimes the wolf really tries.
But he can’t outsmart physics. 🐺🏠

There are things you simply can’t buy. You earn them over years of consistent work. 💛

🟡 For many years, Solcraft has held the title of Passive House Ambassador, awarded by the Polish Passive House Institute named after Günter Schlagowski.

🟡 For us, this is more than just a certificate.
It confirms that the systems we design and manufacture genuinely meet the standards of:
🔶 passive buildings
🔶 energy-efficient buildings
🔶 net-zero energy buildings

🟡 Why does this matter?
Because energy-efficient construction is not a trend.
It is a responsibility — for the comfort of residents, for operating costs, for the environment, and for the quality of technology.

🟡 This title means that our solutions:
🔶 have verified performance parameters,
🔶 align with the principles of conscious, responsible design,
🔶 support the development of future-ready buildings.

We’ve been a little quiet here lately… and we owe you a small explanation 😊
🟡The past few months have been extremely intense for us. A lot of work, a lot of production, a lot of travel — and a lot of construction sites. And although things may have seemed quieter on social media, in reality there has been a great deal happening — and there still is.
🟡We promise to catch up. In the coming days, we’ll be gradually sharing updates on what we’ve been working on, which projects we’re delivering, and where in the world our systems are currently being built.
🟡 To start with a small teaser:
Over the past two months, H-Block system projects have been underway in more than four different countries 🌍
For those who like to take a closer look “behind the scenes,” here are the 3D models:

🟡 We’ll also be posting separate photos from the projects and telling you a bit more about each of them.
Thank you for being with us!
Solcraft is growing — not only in Poland, but globally.
And this is just the beginning. 🚀😁

❗ Before you choose SIP panels – take a moment

A low price is tempting. Always.
But in construction, cheap solutions often turn out to be the most expensive ones in the long run.

If you’re considering SIP panels, it’s worth knowing what you’re actually buying – and how traditional EPS-based SIP panels differ from a truly structural solution like H-Block.

🔍 What should you check before making a decision?

🟡 OSB board thickness
Many low-cost SIP panels use OSB boards with a thickness of 10–12 mm.
In H-Block panels, 15 mm OSB is standard, providing significantly higher stiffness and structural performance.

🟡 OSB quality and origin
Cheap SIP panels often use unmarked OSB of unknown origin and moisture resistance.
H-Block uses certified OSB3 boards (e.g. Egger), suitable for high-humidity conditions.

🟡 Insulation core
🔸 EPS-based SIP panels:
– density should be at least 25–30 kg/m³,
– lower density usually means recycled material and poor bonding quality.

🔸 H-Block panels:
– homogeneous PUR foam with a density of 40–42 kg/m³,
– no waste, no voids, consistent thermal and mechanical properties.

🟡Gluing vs monolithic structure
Traditional SIP panels rely on adhesive bonding between OSB and EPS.
The quality depends on:
– adhesive type,
– application method,
– uniform pressure during pressing.

Any imperfection may lead to delamination or moisture condensation.

👉 In H-Block panels, there is no gluing process.
OSB boards form a closed mould into which PUR foam is injected and pressed under ≥30 tons of pressure, creating a monolithic structural element with no air gaps.

🟡 Structural capacity and wood consumption
EPS-based SIP panels are mainly non-structural, which means:
– a large amount of additional timber is required,
– studs and connectors reduce the effective insulation.

H-Block panels:
– include a structural core,
– connections form load-bearing columns without extra timber,
– wood is limited to base plates, top plates and openings.

🟡 Waste and prefabrication accuracy
EPS SIP panels are usually produced in fixed modules (e.g. 1.25 m wide),
→ cutting on site = waste and extra cost.

H-Block panels:
– are manufactured to exact project dimensions,
– fully prefabricated and waste-free.

🟡 Warranty
Many SIP panel manufacturers offer only 1 year of warranty,
which is difficult to justify given the expected lifespan of a building.

👉 The H-Block system comes with a delamination warranty of up to 20 years.

🟡 Thermal performance – what really matters long-term

🔸 Typical EPS SIP panel (20 cm):
U ≈ 0.19 W/m²K
λ (EPS) ≈ 0.040 W/(m·K)

🔸 H-Block panel (20 cm):
U ≈ 0.10 W/m²K
λ (PUR foam) ≈ 0.023 W/(m·K)

➡️ Same thickness. Almost twice the thermal performance.

🧠 The takeaway

Not every “SIP panel” is the same.
And the differences you don’t see at first glance determine:

🔸structural durability,
🔸long-term energy costs,
🔸timber consumption,
🔸overall building safety.

📌 Technology is not just the price per square meter.
It’s how that square meter will perform for the next 30–50 years.
