Posting in english becz don’t want stupids of the society to make fun out of this.
Its about Corona, i m a doctor and I serve at HMC Peshawar, few weeks back i got infected from a patient and developed all majar symptoms like High fever, extreme body pains , couph, rinitis , lost of taste as well as lost of appitite , it was ramzan and was very tuff during fasting but Allah gave me the strength and with a little care and self believe i m better today but the story starts when a week ago my whole family at once got symptomatic and it was very hard and tuff as My parents are diabetic as well as Hypertensive and just becz of me they were effected, the first few days were very hard but we don’t gave up , i want to tell everyone how they can manage if any one has the above symptoms or is tested positive,
First Isolation
Steaming 3 to 4 times a day
Gargles with salty water many times they can .
Start meditations
Antibiotics (Azomax)
Couph serup (cecom)
If difficulty in breathing give unifylin twice a day.
Panadol for fever after every 6 to 8 hours,
Hot drinks like tea and hot foods and fruits as much as u can, due to lose of taste and appetite they will not eat , u have to make sure they eat well.
One more thing leaves of Sanamakai are every useful , qawa (green tea) of it has shown very good effects,
I did the same and after 4 5 days my family members are very better, Alhumdullah , in start they can hardly talk becz of body pain
And fever.. self believe and consoling is very important make sure u tell them that it is treatable and they will b fine, if they think the will go through it trust me they will at the end IA...

I shared this becz everyone gona face it someday better to know about it make Allah gave us the strength to face it
