Some people are good at work but not good at interview.
Some people are good at interview but not at work.
Being in this recruitment industry so far and meeting multiple people each day, I realize that don't judge anyone.
Everyone has their own good side give chance to people, if they are not fit as per your job description just guide them with the right track.
