New machine alert! We've just imported a special purpose machine from China with a GSK CNC Controller, part catcher and vibratory bowl for automatic feeding!

​This machine is a game-changer for producing high-volume motorcycle nut locks. It's incredibly accurate, holding a width tolerance of just 0.20 mm and a thread runout with the face of only 0.02 mm.
​With a capacity of around 1000 parts per day, this will significantly increase our production efficiency while keeping our rework and rejection rate at less than 0.1%! This is a big win for quality and output.
