Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to overall business financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial systems.
• Plan, direct, and control accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with standard practices.
• Establish budgets, forecast future cash flows, and conduct periodic financial analysis.
• Monitor budget performance and control expenditures.
• Manage invoicing procedures and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare monthly reports to analyze business financial health, including:
Sales reports
Profit and loss statements
General ledger entries
Goods received and issued notes

Requirements:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• Minimum Experience: 1 Year
• Must have experience working with QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Accounting Software
• Strong command of Financial Accounting Funds
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Social Welfare Financial Management
