A)For Site Engineers:
1. Reading and Interpreting Drawings:
Understand structural, architectural, and service drawings.
Ensure ex*****on as per approved plans.
2. Site Supervision:
Monitor daily activities, manpower, and resource usage.
Ensure safety and quality standards on-site.
3. Construction Methods and Materials:
Knowledge of modern construction techniques.
Familiarity with materials like concrete, steel, bricks, etc.
4. Work Scheduling:
Prepare and follow work schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
5. Leveling and Surveying:
Use of instruments like auto level, total station.
Checking layout, alignments, and levels.
6. Concrete Works:
Checking formwork, reinforcement, concrete mix, and curing.
Monitoring casting and post-casting procedures.
7. Progress Reporting:
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
