Key Responsibilities
โข Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
โข Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
โข Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
โข Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
โข Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily sales activities.
