On Saturday, 23rd May, an online meeting of the core team of IEEE RAS MUET Student Branch was conducted to discuss the future plans and activities of the society.

The meeting was led by our Chairperson, Syed Muhammad Shayan Shah, and focused on the importance of official IEEE membership, improving member engagement, introducing educational social media activities, strengthening research and documentation practices, and planning upcoming technical events for IEEE Robotics and Automation Society.

Each member shared valuable insights and important suggestions during the discussion, making it a highly productive and engaging session aimed at making the society more active, organized, and impactful.

HMI, or Human Machine Interface, is the system that allows humans to interact with machines through screens, buttons, dashboards, or control panels.

In mechatronics, digital twins are used in robotics, smart manufacturing, and automation to test designs, detect problems early, and make systems more efficient and reliable.

Digital twins are an important part of modern engineering and Industry 4.0, helping industries build smarter and more advanced technologies.

IEEE Robotics and Automation Society MUET Student Branch Chapter is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the IEEE RAS Student Branch Chapter at Salim Habib University (SHU), Karachi.

This collaboration aims to strengthen cooperation between both chapters in the fields of robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Through this MoU, both chapters will work together on joint technical projects, workshops, seminars, competitions, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance student learning and professional development.

The collaboration also focuses on creating opportunities for student exchange, mentorship, industry engagement, and research based activities, helping students gain practical exposure and build stronger technical skills.

This milestone reflects a shared vision of innovation, collaboration, and growth, paving the way for impactful initiatives and future opportunities.
