We are looking for the position of *Supervisor Maintenance* for one of its entities based in Karachi.

Position: *Supervisor Maintenance*

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3 – 4 years

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000/-

Job duties:

• Design Maintenance Strategies, procedure and method, and develop Documents according to preventive, breakdown.

• Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment's Faults.

• Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, Safety, HVAC, Compressors, Fire Alarm and controlling

• Control Maintenance tools, stores and equipment’s, and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists

• Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas

• Proper data collection and maintain the facilities maintenance schedule

• Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues and flexibility availability for 24/7 stand by duties and emergencies call.

• Able to manage & plan vehicle maintenance, preventive, periodical, regular & spot.

• Good writing & communication skills with computer literacy.

Oversee site operations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Provide technical expertise in solar engineering and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the solar industry, with a strong emphasis on industrial projects.
In-depth knowledge of solar technologies, design principles, and construction processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Preferably living in Korangi / Mehran Town Area.
