“One Constitution Avenue” is a luxury-living real estate project built in the capital of Pakistan. Yawar Jilani was the leading architect of the project along with Mushtaq & Bilal as the structure engineer and consultants.

Pak Steel supplied 8,200 tons of Grade 60 ASTM A-615 and ASTM A-706 to both towers along with the mall built-up area. Karachi-based AAA Consultants ensured quality of all building material along with project management and ex*****on.

“MAKING RAWALPINDI GREAT AGAIN”

Rawalpindi's Kacheri Chowk formally opened on May 10 as Marka-e-Haq Square.

The project includes two flyovers, three underpasses, and two pedestrian bridges. Costing over Rs 19 billion, it can handle more than 200,000 vehicles daily.

Built by FWO, the square is part of a larger 25 km signal-free corridor from Rawat to the Motorway. A memorial for martyrs has also been set up at Baggi Park.

PAK STEEL was the foremost steel supplier to this fast-track project executed in only 177 days - 12,870 metric tons of Grade 60 ASTM A-615 steel was used to build this project.

Early traffic reports are positive. The junction is flowing smoothly – especially during the golden hour.
