On July 16, 2026, 3ACE Structural Engineering Services conducted a structural assessment of a two-storey residential building in Zambowood, Zamboanga City. The assessment included a detailed ocular inspection, measurement of crack width and extent, non-destructive testing (NDT) of selected structural members, and verification of the available as-built plans.

The objective was to evaluate the building’s present structural condition and determine whether the observed cracks have affected its structural integrity and the safety of its occupants.
