- Assist in the setup, operation, and optimization of injection molding machines
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues
- Analyze production data and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
- With at least 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing processes

Mouldshop Planner

Responsibilities:
- Assist in workload scheduling and production planning of the mouldshop area using our GSS ((Global Shop Software).
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of schedules.
- Monitor and analyze shop performance to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
- Prepare and maintain production-related reports and updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic molding industry.
- Knowledgeable in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Experience with GSS (Global Shop Software) or similar software is an advantage.
