: Paano i-waterproof ang exterior wall?

Gumamit ng Davies Mortaflex Cementitious Waterproofing Membrane.

Ang Davies Mortaflex ay isang matibay at eco-friendly na cementitious waterproofing na tumutulong pigilan ang pagpasok ng tubig sa mga pader at iba pang panlabas na bahagi ng bahay (positive side). Natatakpan din nito ang hairline cracks sa mga pader, kaya mas tumatagal ang proteksiyon at nakakatulong maiwasan ang mga pinsalang dulot ng tubig sa loob ng kongkreto.

Ihalo lamang ang Davies Mortaflex sa semento sa loob ng 3-5 minutes hanggang sa makuha ang desired consistency.

Sundin ang sumusunod na Mixing Ratio:
Vertical Waterproofing:
Davies Mortaflex - 4L
Ordinary Portland Cement - 5.5 Kilos

I-apply ito sa Bare wall at gumamit ng brush o paint roller ng 2-3 coats. Siguraduhing i-apply ito gamit ang criss-cross application method para masiguro na lahat ng surface ay maaaplayan.

After 3-5 days, mag-apply ng tamang primer at topcoat ang surface na may Davies Mortaflex.
