CORPORATION, formerly known as Masterlirtk fiabricator and Rebuilder, is one of the fabrication and rewinding shops in the Philippines providing a full range of services. It is a legal domestic corporation operating in the country and engages in the repairing, rebuilding and rewinding of AC/DC electric motors, generators and transformer, power pla
nt and substation preventive maintenance servicing, supply and installation of capacitors and switch gears, industrial wiring installation, supply of new formed coils and machining and fabrication works. Masterlink Fabricator and Rebuilder was known previously as Peping Machine Shop. It was a single proprietorship owned by Alexander Lo. It started operating as a small shop offering services for machining and fabrication works with a manpower of four (4) in 1997, which was located at Talayan St., Talayan Village, quezon City. despite of the country’s downward economic condition, Peping Machine Shop continued to experience an increase in volume of business customers. From machining and fabrication, it expanded into other services such as rewinding of AC/DC electric motors, generators and transformers; preventive maintenance of power plant and substation; supply and installation of capacitors and switch gears; industrial wiring installation; and electro mechanical works. In January 2001, Peping Machine Shop changed its name to Masterlink Fabricator and rebuilder. Demand for rewinding works flooded, and to pool resources, the proprietor decided to expand its manpower gradually from four (4) in 1997 to a total of thirty-one (31) personnel in the middle of 2002, and now it has reached to One Hundred Twenty-Seven (127) personnel. For the year 2002, its remarkable growth has brought the business enterprise a gigantic leap that eventually led to the high respect it received from big leading companies, such as cement factories, RCBC Realty Development, Asian Terminals Inc., LRT, Monark Equipment, York Philippines, Jardine Schindler, and Sual Philippines to name a few and with Annual Sales of more than 50 Million for the year 2009. Due to its expansion, the company transferred its office and shop to a more convenient and spacious location with a total land area of 1000 square meters located at # 26 PTA Cmpd I. Maysan, Valenzuela City and at the same time, Mr. Pajarillo decided to change the business entity into a corporation to meet the technical and financial demands of the business; thus on 14th day of January 2003, came the birth of MEGA MASTERLINK FABRICATOR AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES CORP. To make the company stronger, additional capital was poured into the business for the acquisition of additional tools and equipment, construction of office and machine shop structures and the hiring of additional manpower. New stock holders of the corporation advanced substantial cash to back-up the operations and the results were outstanding, generating a tremendous jump in business volume and revenue. In order to make the corporation competitive in the market without sacrificing quality and Class A service, the management had established a quality control section to monitor the latest technology and innovation in the field of motor rewinding, and electrical repair system and parts fabrication. In the year 2007, MEGA MASTERLINK FABRICATION AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES CORPORATION also developed an Engineering surface technology which is composed of Electro-Chemical metallizing build-up and industrial hard chroming."these applications are the result of continuous research and training on the said Engineering process.
