LOCATION: DAVAO
CLIENT: ERICSSON

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team!

📌 Responsibilities:
Supervise daily telecom site activities and field teams.
Ensure installation and commissioning works follow Ericsson standards.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Prepare daily site reports and project updates.
Resolve on-site issues and support project completion on schedule.

✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
At least 3+ years of telecom site supervision experience.
Experience with Ericsson projects is preferred.
Knowledge of telecom equipment installation and commissioning.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with site safety procedures and reporting.
Willing to travel and work on-site.
