Our team recently executed the heavy-duty cable pulling phase for 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗨𝗙) 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗡𝗼. 𝟱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼. 𝟲 located at Plant 1. To support the rigorous power demands of these critical industrial pumps, we deployed high-specification 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝗺𝗺 𝗫𝗟𝗣𝗘 insulated cables, ensuring a robust and highly efficient power delivery pathway.

Handling and routing large-gauge cables like the 250mm² XLPE requires precise tension management, proper bending radius adherence, and strict safety protocols to safeguard the cable's structural integrity.

With this phase successfully completed, these two essential UF feed pumps are now properly wired and positioned for subsequent termination and testing—bringing the plant's water treatment capabilities closer to its expanded operational capacity.

Our technical team recently handled the dismantling of the existing Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Synchronizing Panel, alongside the removal of the legacy Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) at a client's facility in Laguna. Following its successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), we have officially completed the supply and delivery of the 𝟭𝟯 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀 to our client's facility in 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮. Getting this heavy-duty, multi-section configuration safely to the site marks the next major step in securing their industrial power backbone.

Comprising 1 unit of a 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 and 3 units of 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 (𝗔𝗧𝗦), this integrated system is now positioned for seamless on-site installation.

This critical diagnostic check measures the resistance between the windings and to the ground, allowing us to detect any signs of moisture, contamination, or insulation degradation that could compromise the transformer's performance.

Maintaining a 𝟰𝟬𝟬𝗸𝗩𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 asset requires consistent monitoring to prevent internal faults and ensure a stable power supply for the entire facility. By confirming high insulation values through this IR test, we’ve ensured that this equipment remains a reliable part of the electrical backbone, safeguarding against potential short circuits and keeping the infrastructure mission-ready for heavy-duty operation.

We recently completed an essential hardware update for our customer in 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮, focusing on the 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗠𝗖𝗖𝗕) within their power distribution system. This proactive swap ensures that the facility's overcurrent and short-circuit protection is fully modernized and capable of handling demanding operational loads.

By upgrading these MCCBs, we have reinforced the reliability of the site's electrical network, significantly reducing the risk of unplanned downtime. Our team recently focused on a full-scale Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) for a series of critical Electrical Panels and Transformers. We’ve verified that these core components are functioning at their highest capacity, a necessary step to extend equipment longevity and mitigate the risk of sudden system failures.

To complement the maintenance, we also integrated newly installed ABB REX65 which serves as the first install based in the Philippines.

Additionally, we installed Medium Voltage Zero Sequence Current Transformer on every vertical section of their Medium Voltage Switchgear.
