Sarmiento Engineering Design & Construction I bring over 12 years of experience in structural design, site implementation, and project coordination. I use tools like MIDAS Gen, ETABS, and AutoCAD daily.

My background covers both private development and government infrastructure work. At Global-Estate Resorts Inc., I designed reinforced concrete and steel structures for residential and commercial buildings. I also reviewed plans and conducted site inspections to ensure compliance with NSCP, ACI, and other relevant codes. As a freelance engineer, I’ve completed over 50 structural designs for low-rise buildings across the Philippines. I have worked as an online consultant providing drawings, calculations for engineers and construction companies across the globe. I’m also trained in seismic evaluation using ASCE 41-17 and ACI 318 retrofit provisions. I deliver cost-effective, structurally sound solutions from concept to construction.

• The deck acts in compression
• The bottom rod carries tension
• Diagonals transfer load between them
