Marami ang nagtataka kung bakit kailangan pang humingi ng kopya ng titulo bago makapagbigay ng survey assessment o quotation.

Ang totoo, ang titulo ay mahalagang sanggunian upang:

✅ Matukoy ang eksaktong detalye ng property
✅ Masuri nang tama ang lawak at lokasyon ng lupa
✅ Makapagbigay ng mas accurate na quotation
✅ Matukoy ang angkop na uri ng survey na kailangan
✅ Maiwasan ang pagkakamali at hindi pagkakaunawaan sa proseso

🔒 Ligtas ba magbigay ng kopya ng titulo?

Oo, kung ito ay ibinibigay sa isang Licensed Geodetic Engineer o lehitimong surveying firm para sa tamang layunin. Mas mainam na photocopy o scanned copy lamang ang ibigay at lagyan ng watermark para sa karagdagang proteksyon.

Kung nais mong malaman ang eksaktong lokasyon ng iyong property boundary o kailangan mo ng iba pang Geodetic Engineering services, handang tumulong ang Sukat Moto.
