🚗 Vehicle: Toyota Corolla Altis 2014
⚠️ Customer Concern: The rear of the vehicle feels unstable and occasionally produces abnormal noise.
🔍 Inspection Performed: Free underchassis inspection
🛠 Findings / Recommendation: The rear shock absorbers are worn and require removal and replacement to ensure a more stable and safer ride.

Customer Concern:
Requested inspection of shocks, rubber dampers, and control arms.

Diagnostic Findings:

1Rubber dampers (bump stops) were found disintegrated/cracked, providing no bottoming-out protection.

3.Control Arms: Inspected lower control arm bushings; found heavy tearing in the rubber, causing excessive "play" in the front-end geometry. Ball joints showed significant wear.

Work Performed:

1.Installed New Bumpers: Replaced disintegrated rubber dampers/bump stops to prevent suspension bottoming.

2.Replaced Control Arm Assemblies: Installed new steering suspension arms complete with pre-pressed bushings and ball joints.

3.Hardware Torque: All mounting bolts torqued to manufacturer specifications under "curb weight" load.

Final Status:

Test Drive: Passed. Vehicle handles predictably; no "nose-diving" during braking.

Noise Inspection: All clunking and rattling noises eliminated.

Safety Check: Steering is centered and responsive.
