FGU+ TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an established contractor in the construction industry.

FGU+ Technologies, in partnership with ARC (Australian Reinforcing Company), a recognized & trusted manufacturer & supplier of steel reinforcing in Australia, is looking for Four (4) REBAR SCHEDULERS/REBAR ESTIMATORS who want to join our growing team.

Individuals who have limited scheduling experience but have strong background in engineering are still encouraged to apply. Training and development will be provided.
Main duties include:

* Interpret structural and architectural drawings for preparation of cutting lists (works schedule).
* Prepare estimates, bar schedules, detailing diameters, grades, shape of bars for production.
* Accurately take-off reinforcing steel and preparation of cutting lists (works schedule) of reinforcing for manufacture and delivery.
* Professionally communicate with customers. production, sales and site personnel.
* Accurately schedule to keep the project running smoothly.

Qualifications are:
1. Has college degree In Civil Engineering.
2. Preferably with experience both on Scheduling and Estimating.
3. Has strong mathematical skills especially in trigonometry and analytical geometry.
4. Has the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
5. Has sound knowledge in residential and commercial construction principles.
6. Has computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs: AutoCAD base would be an advantage .
7. Has the ability to plan and organize.
8. Has good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Has the ability to work as a team and autonomously.
10. Must be hardworking, reliable, professional with a strong work ethic.
