Duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible in preparation and filing of Financial Statement, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and coordinates with external auditors on filing seasons.
2. Prepares computation and filing of different BIR forms:
a. 1601-C (Withholding Tax on Compensation) every 10th of the month.

b. 1601-E (Withholding Tax on Expanded Compensation) every 10th of the month.

c. 2550M (Monthly Sales Return) every 20th of the month

d. 2550Q (Quarterly Sales Return) every 25th day after the end of each quarter.

e. 1701Q (Quarterly Income Tax Return) 60 days after end of each quarter

f. 0605 (Payment Form – Annual Registration Fee) on January 31st

g. 1604-CF (Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation) on January 31st

h. 1604-E (Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded) ) on March 1st

i. Inventory List on January 30th.

j. 1702 (Annual Income Tax Return) on April 15th

3. Prepares Summary List of Sales & Purchases as an attachment for 2550Q.
4. Does bank reconciliation and reports Cash Position.
5. Records sales, purchases and expenses and other accounting related transactions in the accounting system (Peachtree).
6. Processes Billing Statement for internal and external clients.
7. Responsible in collection and issuance of official receipts.
8. Monitors and prepares accounts payables.
9. Responsible in preparation of checks and check disbursement.
10. Checks computation and processing of payroll every 10th & 20th of the month.
11. Prepares and submits requirements for bank loan processing.
12. Coordinates with the banks for transactions like telegraphic transfer, fund transfer and other bank related transactions.
13. Meets with potential bank financers occasionally.

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or related field
Five years and up experience in General Accounting
Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not required

Salary package will be disclosed to qualified candidates.
