The Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist is responsible for regulatory compliance and requirements in product registration, license renewals to ensure conformity with FDA standards.

Qualifications:
• Licensed Pharmacist
• With experience / knowledge in:
• Maintenance of Product Registration & FDA – issued License to operate
• Compliance to PIC/s GMP Requirements
• Pharmacovigilance
• Preparation of facsimile labels for product registration purposes
• Possesses good communication and leadership skills
• Aggressive, analytical, hardworking and result oriented
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in preparation of bidding documents

Responsibilities as Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist will be the following:
• Maintenance of Product Registration
- Review and preparation of Product Registrations, Renewal and Variation Applications.
• Review of Distribution Records
• Coordinate with manufacturers and importers on Regulatory matters.
• Provide clients with product and regulatory matters.
• Preparation of response to queries and concerns from Regulatory Authorities within the specified timeframe.
• Liaise with RA counterpart of respective Principals.
• Provide support to Sales and Marketing in matters relating to regulatory issues affecting sales and promotion.
• Preparation of Bidding Documents.
• Handling of inspectors coming to the office.
• Proper organizing and filing of files or documents.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
