Aton Marketing It is engaged in selling of agricultural and fishing machineries, equipment and accessories. ATON MARKETING was founded in 1994.

Since then, it has been involved in selling different types of agricultural machines, equipment, and their accessories. Our main goal is to help people in the farming and fishing industries by providing them with the tools they need to make their work easier and more productive. Most of our regular customers are farmers and fishermen who buy equipment for their personal use. We also handle larger

orders for groups such as cooperatives, non-government organizations (NGOs), and local government units (LGUs). These bigger clients often buy in bulk to support their communities or projects and provide free seminars and training. These are given to the end users to make sure they know how to use and take care of the machines properly. We believe that proper training helps the equipment last longer and perform better, which benefits everyone in the long run.

Secretary / Office Clerk

Responsibilities
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
• Take minutes of meetings and dictations
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
• Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements
• Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• College graduate
