Cuntapay Surveying Services, (CSS) is a full service Land Surveying Firm which was established in January 2015 and is based in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
Cuntapay Surveying Services is owned and initially operated by Engr. Ma Izzabelle Feranil Cuntapay and later partnered with other geodetic engineers, spatial analysts, and field surveyors whose primary objective is to provide exact, efficient, and reliable survey services in the Philippines.
Cuntapay Surveying Services has steadily grown over the last seven years. We have built a reputation as thorough Land Surveying Firm engaged in the trade of providing a comprehensive range of surveying services, using traditional techniques and modern technologies to produce a quality, well-presented and accurate data on time and budget. We take pride in the fact that most of our projects come from repeat clientele. At CSS, the client truly comes first.

CSS has incorporated the latest automation technologies (AutoCadd, GPS, RTK, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Total Station, etc.) thus we deliver the highest levels of accuracy, speed, and flexibility possible. CSS consists of well-experienced team of registered surveyors and professional management team. We work closely with our clients from project initiation through the end. While projects differ on the timeframe and budget, the steps in the process tend to stay almost the same.
Prior to the project initiation, we work with our client to establish a budget that will reflect a cost effective approach for the project’s goals and objective. Then we, coordinate all aspects of the project to ensure that the technical resources are allocated in the timeline so that the project is on time and within budget.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Employee training and development is essential for both new and existing businesses. In order for an employee to perform their job well, it is important for us to give training and tools they need to be responsible productive team members.
