One of our new clients recently reached out after experiencing an inverter failure with their existing solar setup. Unfortunately, they were unable to contact the original installer. Our Solar Installation Team stepped in to assess the situation, and based on their external evaluation, the issue appears to be caused by an arc fault or a loose connection.

We're now working closely with the client to determine if their solar panels are still in good condition for safe recommissioning.

UPGRADE!

We've just upgraded the Total Inverter Capacity and Solar Array Power for one of our long time clients.

Their original single Leodar 12kW 48V Hybrid On & Off Grid Inverter was upgraded by adding another unit to work in parallel for a total power capacity of 24kW to accomodate almost all of their home loads.

Their total array power has also been upgraded from 11.6kWp to 20.88kWp.

Now, our client is better prepared for any situation with enhanced energy reliability. 🌞🔋

UPGRADE!

We've just upgraded the ESS (Energy Storage System) and solar array power for one of our long time clients.

Their original ESS was a LVTopSun 51.2V 200Ah LiFePO4 Powerwall , now they have upragded to 2units of LVTopSun 51.2V 200Ah Powerwall LiFePO4 ESS. Going from 10.24kWh capacity to 20.48kWh.

Their total array power has also been upgraded from 5.5kWp to 7.7kWp to support the extra power needed to fully charge the upgraded ESS within reasonable time.

Now, our client is better prepared for any situation with enhanced energy reliability. 🌞🔋
