𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 Pre- Construction Conference held at Brgy. Torocadan San Joaquin, Iloilo for the project "Concreting of Torocadan FMR including Drainage System

This conference aims to inform the people of the barangay on the project details, plans and scope of works of the project and the positive outcome that can benefit the residents. The Municipal Engineering Office with the Engineers and staff of the Local Government Unit, the Contractor of the project together with the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Torocadan and the residents, conducted the actual staking to mark the beginning and ending stations of the project.

The Municipal Engineering Office remains dedicated to this path of transparency. The Office extends its sincerest gratitude to the people of Barangay Torocadan who participated in the said Pre- Construction Conference. Recognizing the vital role of the residents for the project, the LGU is ensuring that the project is built on a foundation of unity, empathy, and sincere public service.

As you walk across the stage to receive your diplomas and awards, remind yourself that this moment is only one of the many chapters of your life. Many more pages are waiting to be written as you continue pursuing your dreams. 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 I The Municipal Engineering Office headed by Engr. Rachelle May Sañada as one of the members of the San Joaquin Market Development - Technical Working Group (SJMD - TWG) presented the perspective drawing and the site development plan of the Proposed Temporary Market Facility.

Also discussed were topics concerning Security, Cleanliness, and Fire Safety and other concerns on the Proposed Temporary Market Facility in connection on the ongoing construction of San Joaquin Public Market.

As the second phase of construction nears, the Municipal Engineering Office remains dedicated to this path of transparency. The Office extends its sincerest gratitude to the market vendors who participated in the said consultation meeting. Recognizing the vital role vendors play in the local economy, the LGU is ensuring that the construction of the new San Joaquin Public Market is built on a foundation of unity, empathy, and sincere public service.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Local Government Unit of San Joaquin, Iloilo, continues its efforts to implement energy conservation measures in compliance with the Office of the President's Memorandum Circular No. 114. However, it will remain under a regular five-day work week (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) until further notice due to prevailing circumstances and in the best interest of the municipality.

More importantly, in light of the recent global oil and energy crisis, the LGU appeals to its constituents for support and cooperation with the government’s policies and initiatives aimed at conserving energy.
