Sales Engineers' Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – no prior work experience required
3. Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes is an advantage
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Machinists' Qualifications:
1. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
2. Knowledge of safe machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
4. Experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment preferred
