The collapse of the 9-storey building in Angeles City has now claimed four lives, while 17 individuals remain missing, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection Central Luzon. Rescue operations continue as authorities search through the debris for those still unaccounted for.

This tragedy is a painful reminder that structural integrity, proper testing, and strict adherence to engineering standards are not just technical requirements — they are responsibilities that protect lives.

As our communities continue to grow and infrastructure continues to rise, safety, accountability, and quality must always remain at the forefront of every project. Because beyond every structure are the people who build, work, and depend on them every day.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, the rescue teams, and everyone affected by this heartbreaking incident.

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chemical Technician to join our Pangasinan branch.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a laboratory or chemical plant environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of chemical testing methods, instrumentation, and laboratory safety standards
• Experience in process improvement and efficiency optimization is preferred
• High level of integrity and reliability in handling confidential and operational information
• Strong initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
