Megawide secured P12.8 billion in new contracts for two housing developments under the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

The new contracts cover 8,300 housing units across North Caloocan and Imus, Cavite, bringing Megawide’s 4PH housing portfolio to nearly 20,000 units across various stages of development.

This makes Megawide on track toward advancing its commitment to delivering quality homes for Filipino families.
