WE ARE HIRING: SAFETY OFFICER 3
Work Location: Baha Calatagan, Batangas
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer 3 (SO3) to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
Qualifications:
Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) accredited by DOLE
With Training of Trainers (TOT) certification (advantage)
With proven experience as a Safety Officer in construction, industrial, or related field
Strong knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Willing to be assigned on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct daily site inspections and hazard identification
Lead safety orientations, drills, and toolbox meetings
Ensure compliance with government safety regulations
Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
