Pineda, whose experience in the field of specialized construction technology spans more than thirty (30) years, and translates to 5,000 horizontal residential units and 45 residential buildings built and standing to this day. Pineda’s experience as a fully transferable construction methodology which efficiently adapts various local and imported formwork technologies to domesic conditions, for the purpose of improving the quality of affordable housing in the Philippines.
