The National Telecommunications Commission Regional Office 8 (NTC 8) celebrated its 46th anniversary today at 1.5 celsius, with the participation of its dedicated staff and employees, together with invited guests from various civic and amateur radio groups who were given special recognition for their invaluable support during the National and Local Elections on May 12, 2025. With the theme "Connected for a Cause: NTC with Civic Action and Amateur Groups for a Seamless Election Communication. The event was highlighted with lunch and a short program to warm up the attendees, fostering camaraderie and appreciation. In his anniversary message, Regional Director Wilfredo C. Zabala, PECE, extended his gratitude to the Civic and Amateur groups, for their unwavering commitment and support to ensuring seamless mobile signals/network during the national and local elections.
