We would like to inform our valued clients that our Main Drive and Back-Up Drive have unfortunately experienced data corruption. This situation was caused by continuous system updates, intensive project planning, and the increasing volume of files over time. After assessment by professional IT personnel, it has been concluded that this is a normal but unfortunate circumstance, as storage drives can deteriorate with prolonged and heavy use.
As a result, there may be delays in some of our ongoing transactions. We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Please be assured that we are currently exerting our best efforts to recover all possible files and restore operations as quickly as possible. While we may temporarily return to square one in some aspects, we are using this experience as an opportunity to reflect, improve our systems, and implement stronger data management and backup strategies moving forward.
