POSITION AVAILABLE:
* ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls and emails.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, laminating, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures.
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments (esp. BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, etc.,) amounts and records are correct.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Manages payroll, and ensures payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organise current employee data systems.
- Administer benefit plans (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH & TAX).
- Prepare and maintain accounting records.
* IT ASSISTANT
- Helping to install, configure and maintain the company’s IT framework
- Setting up hardware and software applications as and when required.
- Providing general support for the company’s computer users.
- Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches.
- Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
- Various ongoing tasks such as checking and proofreading content, data entry, database maintenance and using printers, copiers and the like.
Requirement:
- Male or Female.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With experience in related fields.
- Computer Literate.
- Good in oral and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well organized.
- Able to work independently.
