October 20, 2025, we successfully held our Fire Drill 2025 conducted by BFP Pasig. This activity reminded us how important it is to stay prepared and alert during fire emergencies, not only at work but also at home.

Last July 12, we had our much-awaited Team Building at Phillip’s Sanctuary! Employees from different departments and our sister company came together for a fun and exciting day. We were grouped into four awesome teams: Team Lebron, Team Narra, Team Tarzan, and Team Metal—each bringing their own energy and teamwork!

We joined different challenges that tested our strength, teamwork, and communication. Some became leaders, others gave support, and all of us worked hard and had fun. The best part? We learned to help each other and showed our core values: Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, and Teamwork.
