🇵🇭 Alto-Shaam technical training

The MCFT Philippines team recently completed a technical training session with Gary from Alto-Shaam.

Great opportunity for our local team to find out the latest product knowledge, review service requirements and spend time with the manufacturer’s technical team.

Regular supplier training helps us maintain manufacturer standards and ensures our engineers stay up to date with the equipment they work on every day. 👏

🇵🇭 Bicol State University visit to MCFT Training Academy

MCFT Philippines recently welcomed the team from Central Bicol State University of Agriculture to our Training Academy for an audit of our training and OJT programme.

Great to share that the team passed the audit successfully. 👏

Our OJT programme plays an important role in bringing new talent into the industry, giving students structured exposure to commercial kitchen equipment, technical standards, service processes and real working environments - We look forward to continuing to develop future technicians through the pathway.

🇵🇭 Pre-peak season maintenance in Palawan

MCFT Philippines is continuing to support hotels and resorts across El Nido, Puerto Princesa and the wider Palawan region ahead of the busy season 🏝️

🇵🇭 Pre-season maintenance at Amari Hotel, El Nido

The local MCFT Philippines team recently carried out burner servicing and adjustments at Amari By Vivere Hospitality Group in El Nido, Palawan.

🔥 Yellow flames on burners are a sign something isn’t right. After servicing and adjustment, the team brought them back to clean blue flames - helping the kitchen cook more efficiently, use fuel properly and operate safely.

For hotels and resorts across Palawan, this is exactly why off-season PPM matters!

Getting equipment checked now gives time to identify faults, complete remedial work and avoid unnecessary disruption when the busy season starts in November.

🇵🇭 Taylor Service Seminar

Rodel, Regional Service Manager for , and Oswald, Field Service Manager, recently attended the 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗤𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗼, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮.

The seminar gave the team 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 from the manufacturer, and the opportunity to 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 with service teams from across the APAC region.

Manufacturer-led training is an important part of how MCFT APAC continues to maintain service standards across the country. It helps our managers and technicians stay up to date with equipment requirements, service procedures and best practice directly from the source.

MCFT Philippines has signed the contract for the first maintenance cycle with Angel's Pizza, supporting stores across the country.

The relationship started with support for 3 stores in the first year, then grew to 20. We are now 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, covering locations including 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼, 𝗖𝗗𝗢, 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂, Batangas, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗼

Our team will be supporting their commercial kitchen equipment, with planned maintenance and service coverage across multiple regions.

This is a strong step forward for MCFT Philippines and a good example of how consistent service, technical knowledge and national coverage can support growing foodservice brands.

Amando, Technical Trainer for MCFT Philippines, recently delivered an equipment education class with the team at McDonald's Calasiao, Pangasinan.

The session focused on correct equipment use, basic checks, and day-to-day care to help the restaurant team maintain standards and reduce avoidable equipment issues.

MCFT is proud to be trusted to support McDonald’s teams across the Philippines, providing technical knowledge, service support and equipment guidance to help keep kitchens operating as they should.

The MCFT Philippines team recently visited Shake Shack at SM Supermalls to complete a standard audit following service work carried out on their hot equipment.

These audits are an important part of how we maintain service standards. They allow us to check the quality of the work completed, confirm the equipment is operating as expected, review the technician’s findings, and gather direct feedback from the customer.

It also helps close the loop properly after a service visit — making sure any actions are clear, standards are being followed, and the customer has confidence in the support being provided.
