2004 Honda CR-V “Aatrox” ✨️done and released✨️

STORY TIME: This JDM cruiser was stored in the garage for almost 2 years with an initial declared problem of electrical charging issues.

Upon pick-up, the car is filled with dust, molds and dirt all over inside and out. We started with a solution of giving the ride a fresh battery.

The owner may be a busy professional, but her determination to give this Comfortable Runabout Vehicle a second life which led to us fixing what is needed to be a road legal cruiser.

FIRST RUNDOWN: Check all problems, do a complete fluid change, and register the car.

‎It was diagnosed to have an alternator issue. Its rotor and IC were unusable and we decided to replace it with a new one. Bringing it back to 14v charging on idle with no load.

NEXT: Engine oil, ATF, brake fluid, coolant, power steering fluid, and fuel were replenished with their corresponding filters — replaced along with new Platinum plugs, and PCV valves.

‎Brakes were greased out and bleed with a new Prestone Dot 3 fluid. Upon close inspection of the Brake Pads, we decided it doesn't need replacement yet.

‎All shock absorbers were busted so we procured and installed new KYB gas shocks while replacing the top mounts too.
‎
‎Busted bulbs were changed to LEDs, taillight and plate lights were replaced as well to make it road legal.

THE NOW: We decided to detail the interior and exterior upon finishing the main scope for this car.

It’s truly satisfying to witness the owner enjoying the car on a daily basis. GG!
