SUPPLY AND INVENTORY MANAGER
Lingen Marketing International Corp. is looking for a responsible, organized, and dedicated female Supply and Inventory Manager to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to manage employees and daily business operations
Job Responsibilities
• Receive and verify deliveries from suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect and verify returned items from customer deliveries.
• Review and verify delivery receipts and other related documents.
• Ensure all received items and relevant transactions are accurately encoded in the ERP system.
• Verify and process agents' commissions.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of products.
• Monitor inventory and prepare purchase orders when stock replenishment is required.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure physical stock matches inventory records.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Manage, supervise, and provide guidance to employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities necessary for the efficient operation of the company.
