QUALIFICATIONS:
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in financial records.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record Financial Transactions: Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Assist in Preparation of Financial Statements: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

Assist with Payroll: Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Maintain Documentation: Organize and file financial documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous.
