IES Builders is looking for a DRAFTSMAN that can create schematics using architectural designs for the construction of residential or commercial

Starting Salary: Php 16,000.00 to 20,000.00 (Based in experience)

Qualification and Responsibilities:
• At least 2 years or more and proven experience
• Specification and calculation to create various technical drawing 2D and 3D
• Knowledgeable both rough sketches, AutoCAD and Lumion (360 Presentation)
• Both good in communication and writing skills.
• Willing to work on-site/Office (Davao and Opol Misamis Oriental)


WE ARE HIRING!!!

We are Looking for a competent SAFETY OFFICER and identifies safety hazards and controls them before someone gets hurt.

Salary per Day: Php 600.00 to Php 700.00 (Based in experience)

Requirements and Skills:
• At least 2 or more years and proven experience in safety management
• Valid competency certificates and registration (BOSH2 and COSH2)
• Experience in writing and policies for health and safety program
• Familiarity with conducting Risk assessment (RA)
• Physically and mentally fit to undertake the duties and responsibilities
• Willing to work on-site (Davao or Opol Misamis Oriental)
