ANCP Engineering Services was named after the initials of the couple owners Albert & Normen Callo Portillo. It all started 10 years ago when the husband decided to permanently stay and work in the Philippines instead of working overseas as Construction Manager in an Oil in Gas Company. In 2016 when he arrived back in the Philippines with his vast experience in construction management overseas he established the A.H. Portillo Engineering, but during the pandemic the same with all the businesses in the world, the company suffered great loss. Portillo Engineering regained its clients and started back again and this year 2023 they decided to change its name to ANCP Engineering Services. Despite of the crisis faced by the country, the continuing growth of ECONOMIC Zones and land development becomes the window of opportunity for the couple to address the demand for comprehensive package of engineering and construction services. ANCP Engineering Services using its financial resources and technical skills backed by sufficient, highly-competent and fully qualified ex-abroad engineers and skilled workers; together with foreign colleagues and associates as consultants commits to consistently established total quality services to satisfy clients. With its commitment to address all the demands of a given project, ANCP Engineering Services may also make the most of outside expertise through commissioning local consultants and enter into consortium as well as collaboration with other local and foreign firms in the case of highly specialized and complex projects. Construction supply will be source out locally; imported materials and especially equipment spare parts will be channeled through local dealers and distributor. ANCP Engineering Services office is well equipped with the necessary equipment and facilities. We are locally network using Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) for its internet and a sizable number of computers, scanners and printers, together with latest state of the art software in accounting system, Engineering Design and Project Management.
