One of most availed services at NASAT Labs is Thermal Analysis via DSC and TGA. Our Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer from Hitachi runs DSC-TGA in a single measurement — and with its Real View® sample observation system, we can visually document how a material physically changes at every phase transition. STA is widely used across polymers, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and ceramics for material characterization, QA/QC, and failure analysis.

One sample. Two analyses. One complete thermal profile.
• TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis) - measures weight changes due to decomposition, moisture loss, and thermal stability.
• DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) - measures heat flow to reveal melting, crystallization, and glass transition.

Today at NASAT Labs, we welcomed engineering students from University of Perpetual Help System Dalta – Molino for a firsthand experience in nanotechnology and electron microscopy. They explored advanced laboratory techniques and analytical technologies used in failure analysis and material characterization, including the SEM, AFM, XRF Analyzer, Thermal Analyzer, and more.
